Equipment Demonstrations At RGL, we know that the only real way to learn about any gaging system is to experience one first hand. And that means a personal equipment demonstration, on your parts and with your personnel.
We're fully equipped and trained to demonstrate representative systems from all of the manufacturers we represent. Transportable systems, like the OGP Focus Contour Projector and SmartScope, can be brought to your facility and installed quickly by our experienced engineers. Many of our larger systems may be viewed at our facility in Rochester, New York. In both cases, you'll get a hands-on approach to learning which system is best for you.

Zeiss Contura
Our Contura 7106 with a measuring range 28/40/24 is the latest scanning solution from Zeiss IMT Group and is equipped with VAST-xt Active scanning measurement probe head. The machine has our state of the art CAD based Calypso Measurement Software. That, coupled with Dimension Software for reverse engineering and Holos for measuring free form geometry, gives us the ability to demonstrate your most complex parts and geometries. The Eclipse 7106 with a measuring range of 28/40/24 is equipped with the most innovative articulating probe head in the CMM industry. Zeiss' RDS Probe System can reach virtually all spatial angles with its 20,000 positions it can rotate to. Zeiss/TSK Surfcom
This easy to use, extremely accurate and best of all very affordable Surface Finish Measurement System is the secret of the industry. With a straightness datum, (straight to .3 microns) built into the drive, this machine allows you to measure surfaces using a skidless stylus. Now those hard to get O-Ring type grooves or short lands that you couldn't measure with the surface gage you'd pull out of your pocket are attainable.
